What Unfolded in May’s Energy Session: Light Expansion & Shadow Play

Dear friends,

I’m often asked what actually happens in the monthly remote energy sessions. While the experiences are multidimensional and deeply personal, I’d like to occasionally offer a glimpse — not just into the energy that flowed through, but into the collective soul journey we walk together.

Our May 1st session focused on Light Expansion and Shadow Play — and what a profound and beautiful unfolding it was.

This session was an invitation to witness and embrace the shadows of self — not to reject or fight them, but to gently shine light on the parts we’ve outgrown, hidden, or judged. Many of you courageously allowed long-buried emotions to surface — choosing presence over avoidance, compassion over resistance.

🌕 Themes That Emerged:

🧠 The Nervous System came forward first — signaling a release of deep emotional currents, particularly around self-identity, physical tension, and long-held belief systems.

💓 Heart Threads of Light were witnessed connecting us across time and space, creating coherence, unity, and healing — especially for ancestral and past-life stories focused in USA, Canada, and Egypt. Dark moments across timelines were brought into the field of light for integration.

🌍 A collective awakening stirred around our shared role as guardians of the Earth. Many of you felt an inner surge to protect, honor, and serve the planet more consciously.

🌑 Shadow Play reached its peak mid-session, with fears rising not to be feared, but to be freed — drawn out of the unconscious and transmuted by divine presence.

🌟 Support from Spirit:

Many of you were joined by guides, familiar and divine:

• Jesus and Mother Mary held space for compassion and forgiveness

• Saint Michael brought clarity, boundaries, and protection

• AlumAtum Beings worked swiftly on the physical and energetic body

• Tai Aikido-like movements brought graceful clearing and rebalancing

• Some connected to their Galactic heritage, healing ancient starline wounds

You were creating a new vision for Earth — individually and as a field. This energy began weaving itself into the light grids during the second half of the session.

🌈 The Healing Shift:

A collective wave of sadness arose… and was met with the frequency of pure joy — the highest expression of heart-liberated light.

✨ A new destiny was anchored.✨ A new life path activated.✨ The energy field duplicated, creating stability, resonance, and forward movement for all who attended.

Throughout the session, I kept hearing the words “Elion” and “Elutron” — resonant tones with Hebrew and Greek roots. You may wish to sit with them and see what they activate in your own lineage or cellular memory.

💧 The Water Activation:

At the end of the session, when you drank your charged water, the frequency in your energy field changed immediately. That act of drinking was an anchoring ritual — a final agreement between your higher self and your physical body to hold the healing, integrate the shifts, and walk forward in alignment.

• You may notice subtle shifts over the coming days — in perception, emotion, or clarity

• Trust what comes — you are being rewritten in light
